DO YOU ONLY USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?
We use Original Equipment Manufacturer or (OEM) parts where we can. To us OEM means that the part is the exact same part used within your device. By definition the part is an original part manufactured by the same vendor / manufacturer in the same way using the same procedures, equipment and processes as the part provided to the manufacture from the Vendor, the only difference is that we don't obtain directly from the devices manufacturer, nor in some cases are we affiliated with device manufacturer in any way.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?
This depends on a case by case basis and you will be told clearly the predicted turn around time for your repair upon receipt of your quotation.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. As well as bank transfers.
